CFX SOLVER error !!!

when cfx solver run the error below is displayed:

Cfx_001 has terminated error.
No result file available

and error below is displayed in workbench:

Cfx solver for system cfx did not produce a result file.detailed information can be found in the out put file ,for the run,which can be viewed by selecting display monitors from thesolution cell.cell c3

and solution terminated.

this error is displayed when one or more parameter of cfx pre has changed and cfx solver run again

how can solve this error???

Describing what you are trying to do might help. While you are at it include the CCL and more of the output file to put the error in context.
