Hi, Can you elaborate your problem? Which software? What is being imported? etc. Without such information no one can help you.
For geometry, mesh import errors etc I generally report it to tech support, they usually have fixes if its a bug.

could be a software problem, try tech support as mentioned above

what is the size and complexity of your geometry and mesh? It could be that it is to big...

i've created one file for eg. a man
after which i have created office.
i was trying to import man to this office to avoid wasting of time. but the software immediatly got oof and i need to restart it again.
after a no. of trial following same procedure i was able to import that feature(i was succeful at last), but this is a continous problem.

what do you mean by "office"?

RAMAN6089 December 1, 2009 03:59

further explanation, wat is 'office'???

Please consult a dictionary for the meaning "office" which implies i have made one room or hall, in where i want to import a geometry of a man.

for further explanation i'm doing CFD analysis of ofiice(room) i.e the flow pattern and temperature variations for the conditioned air coming out from the air conditioning system.

please check for HVAC system CFD analysis on net.

it's easy please don't confuse.

Then it's better for you to consult software manual instead of seeking help from us.
