Automatically update wall temperature?

Hi everyone, newbie to the forums. I'm running a conjugate heat transfer analysis where there is one solid body with a fluid passage on either side of it that is bounded by a wall of the same geometry as the solid. Typically, I would take the temperature from the conjugate solid and apply it to the walls on the extents of the fluid domain by stopping and restarting several times until wall temperatures converge but it seems like there's got to be a smarter way to do this. Is there a way to write an expression that maps the temperature on the wall of the solid interface to the adjacent wall automatically? Or any other method that I'm missing?

I don't understand your question. Can you post an image of it?

Are you looking for periodicity or are you asking about how interfaces work?
