The heat transfer coefficient (h) is defined in terms of a freestream or "bulk" temperature: h=qwall/(A*(Twall-Tbulk)) where qwall is the heat transfer rate to/from the wall in watts, A is the wall area, Twall is the wall temperature, and Tbulk is the "bulk" temperature. It looks like CFX defaults to using the near wall temperature as the "bulk" temperature. If you want it calculated based on a different reference temperature then you need to set the expert parameter.
It's not an error, it's just a warning so you don't go and apply the heat transfer coefficient CFX calculates in the wrong way. Tristan |
