Difference between CFX and FLUENT

I have been using FLUENT. Now I am considering to change to CFX.
Can someone tell me what is major difference between these two softwares?
FLUENT has User defined function(UDF). Does CFX have UDF?

Yes, it has, not UDF, but CEL.
I think the main difference is the GUI.

Anyhow, the principles are the same.

Yeah I agree with Rikio, CFX is much more "user friend" than Fluent,
CEL (CFX Expression Language) and CCL (CFX Command Language) are equivalent to "UDF".
also you can Import any type of meshes into CFX and that makes it more satisfactory for new users.

"One of the most important features of ANSYS CFX is its use of a coupled solver, in which all the hydrodynamic equations are solved as a single system. The coupled solver is faster than the traditional segregated solver and fewer iterations are required to obtain a converged flow solution"
