how to obtain velocity gradient on cylindrical coordinate
Hi,
I am interested in how to obtain the velocity(Vr, Vtheta, Vz) gradient value on cylindrical coordinate (r, theta, z)in CFX please? such as Partial Vr/Partial R, Partial Vtheta/Partial theta and Partial Vz/Partial z? thanks a lot for your help in advance |
Hi,
anyone can help me pls? I noticed CFX post calculator can provide solution for strain rate on cartesian coordinate, such as first order term, velocity u. gradient x, or second order derivative terms, velocity u. gradient x. gradient x, my question is how can I get the value on cylindrical coordinate, i.e., velocity radial. gradient radial, or velocity radial. gradient radial. gradient radial? Thanks ! |
