shear stress/shear velocity

how can i calculate shear stress or the shear velocity on the free surface betwwen air and water (horizontal channel)

In CFD-Post create an iso-surface at the interface (VF=0.5). Then plot shear stress on the isosurface.

which variable are you meaning..
strain rate is not the shear stress |
