Turn off the solvers using expert parameters:
* In CFX-Pre go Insert/solver/expert parameters,
* Then go to "Model over-rides". Turn all the equations you are using off. That is probably fluids, but could also be energy and volfrc - possibly some others depending on what you have activated.

No need for animations. In fact an animation would just confuse things. Start with the time step before it crashes. The problem region should be obvious, but in some cases you need to look closely or even use the coordinates the solver tells you to find it.
