Hi ,

I want to simulate pulsatile flow in rigid tube.
How should I calculate time step size ?

Thanks,
Pavelko.

Same as for any other simulation, with a sensitivity study. See http://www.cfd-online.com/Wiki/Ansys..._inaccurate.3F

Hi ghorrocks !

I'm completely new in CFD generally and in CFX in particulart . I've used FLUENT before and got pretty good results . But now I need to study FSI using CFX , and I have a lot of problems to begin . Do you have some recomandations for me - where I should begin ? Any useful CFD books ? Anything that will help me ?
I have a CFD course in my University that I will take in next semester , but I don't have any courses on FSI .

Thanks in advance ,
Pavelko.

Do the tutorials which come with CFX, go to the CFX Customer page on the ANSYS website and look at the tutorials there.
