Applying two different boundary conditions on same region

I want to apply two boundary conditions on same region (wall), one is "Temperature" and another is "Heat Flux". How to do it?

You can't define two conditions on the same patch! You have to define a single function which does what you want - I think you might be looking for a convection/heat transfer coefficient approach.
