A number of ways. The easiest way is probably to create 2 continuous fluids, Air at 25C, Water, and a dispersed particulate solid phase to represent the sediment. Turn on buoyancy, initialize the domain with the free surface in place, and other than including the dispersed solid, follow the tutorials on free surface flow.
