CFX-Post cannot be used

when I start cfx-post,a window show up saying that the application has encountered an unexpected problem and will now terminate:

Aborting due to unexpected error:
comm:error:remote English protocol::send internal_a fatal error has occurred during communication with th engine.
socket error:socket:socket send - send:connection reset.

What OS? Are you running locally or on a server? What version of CFX?

Reinstall. Then call tech support.
