hi all,
could anyone explain me how to input velocity in cylindrical coordinate system.
i have R(m/s),theta (deg) or (radians) value.
i gave axial velocity as R.
In cfx pre for theta the default units are in m/s.here i had confusion.please explain me.

Read any fundamental book like Cengel,White, fundamentals of turbomachines book... which gives you idea of converting velocity component into r,theta and fi co-ordinate system...
