How to visualize "inlet velocity profiles" during CFX Post Processing" like the figure as attched, where vector arrows are proportional to magnitude of velocity.

That is straight forward post processing using CFD-Post. Just put a Vector object on the inlet and adjust the settings to suit.

Dear Glenn Horrocks,

Thanks for the prompt reply. As per your expert opinion, I tried and got following results on inlet side of figure as attached, while adding a line. Also I tried by inserting the plane as well, but not getting what desired in terms of velocity gradient style as shown in right side of attached figure.

Want to increase length of top red arrows as compare to bottom blue arrows to look like visually a velocity gradient.

Need further guidance.

Thanks

As I said, you need to adjust the settings of the vector object to suit your preferences.

Also - your velocity only varies from 17.7 m/s to 18.3 m/s, so there is only a tiny variation in velocity over your current profile. So there is no velocity profile as seen in your desired plot in your results.
