Hi all,
i am using CFX for running my simulations and i want to change the type of advection schemes during calculations, in order to gradually switch from low resolution (upwind scheme) to high resolution scheme. How can i do this? Thanks in advance. |

I have just tried this way, but under the "edit run in progress" the solver manager does not permit to change advection schemes.
Can you help me? |

You need to stop and restart to change advection terms. If you are running the hybrid scheme you can adjust the blend factor during a run.

Well I try to change the time step in edit run in progress and save the changes. But it doesn't seem to affect the run!! What am I missing?

You cannot edit run in progress for transient runs.
