i have some problem regarding on symmetrical boundary condition.
please refer to the picture attached.
i have setup a symmetrical boundary condition for the same model.
but i have noticed that, the indicators (red arrow) for symmetrical boundary condition does not match. As you can see here, the red arrow for correct boundary setup was distributed evenly at edge of symmetry plane. However this does not happen in the faulty model. However, i try to run the fault model but the solver said there was no data solved. is it because of this symmetry condition? Do anybody have any experience in this situation? what should i do to correct this situation?

I suspect you have a meshing problem. Check your mesh.

yes. i already encounter the problem in this situation. it is because of meshing. i have put a body of influence (BOI) mesh behind the wing. if i removed the BOI mesh then the symmetry is back to normal. maybe anybody can answer to this situation?

I bet your mesh is terrible. So the weird marker placement is because of a weird mesh. That is why I suggested you have a mesh problem.

Have you looked at the mesh on the symmetry plane?
