Line source boundary conditions in Cfx

Hi ALL ;

I want to setup a line source boundary condition for emission of a pollutant in a street ( z =0) with Cfx PRE with mass flow inlet option . only point source option exists.
if any one help me .

There are no line sources. You could create a series of point sources, or create a long thin boundary and apply a boundary source.

can you explain how can we create a long thin boundary to apply a boundary source with CFX PRE.

Normally you would imprint a face back in DesignModeler so that you had a 2D mesh region to pick in CFX-Pre. You could use the Edit Mesh tools in CFX-Pre (see doc), but you can obviously only pick existing element faces.
