I am a beginner with CFX and have an air flow in a room problem. How do we set the inlet and out let velocities when we have an air aspirated and suction with external blowers? Please help me.

That is much too big of a problem to answer here. You probably don't want an outlet velocity, but rather an outlet pressure. The flow velocities depend on the blower settings.

You'll have to read some papers on modeling this kind of flow.
