Write Out the monitor results

Hi, I am doing a transient simulation and monitor pressure of some points, I can see the pressures of the points in solver monitor viewer. But i need to write out the monitor results, can anyone tell me how to do so? thanks a lot~

Right-click in the monitor and chose "Export" (or something like that).
