CFX to ABAQUS

Hello Everyone
I kept searching for a way to transfer fluid analysis form ANSYS CFX to ABAQUS and unfortunatley I couldnt find a solution to this problem
to be more specific on what I mean:
If we want to make a fluid-mechanical analysis then we have to make fluid analysis first and then transfer the results of concern (pressure, velocity, .. etc) to ABAQUS at which ABAQUS will read those results and use them directly.
So I would really appreciate it if anyone can help

CFX has tight links to ANSYS. To try to link it to another code seems pointless to me.

CFX used to have hooks into MPCCI which could be used to tie CFX to just about any code. I am not sure if they have been removed recently as MPCCI is not required to link CFX and ANSYS, and the link between CFX and ANSYS is far better than anything MPCCI could do anyway.

Hi, I know this is probably a bit late, but the latest version of Abaqus has a capability to import 3rd party results and map them onto a mesh. It can take x y z location points and a scalar quantity and map to an Abaqus mesh, with geometric interpolation between the mesh points.

Sure, but can it do a coupled simulation between abaqus and the other code? That is another thing again and the only way I know of doing it which does not involve writing lots of code yourself is with MPCCI.

how can i transfer fluid analysis form ANSYS CFX to ABAQUS ?can you tell me the detail? now,i want to use temperature in the result of cfx，and transfer the temperature result to abaqus。how can i do？thank u！

This is very easy in ANSYS Mechanical - CFX and ANSYS Mechanical have been designed to easily share information. But ABAQUS will be tricky. You will probably have to write out the temperature as a text file and import it into ABAQUS.
