2 way FSI for bending wing

First of all, i`m sorry if my questions are too basic since i`m still new in this 2 way FSI. i have gone through the tutorials about 2 way FSI (osculating plate) where it combine between the transient structural analysis and CFX.
My question: is it possible to do 2 way FSI by combining between static structural analysis with CFX?

if the 2 way FSI is not possible to me, i am planning to do CFX-static structural analysis-CFX combination but how to transfer the deformation in static analysis into the CFX? if possible where can i find the details or tutorial about it?

Yes, Static Structural/CFX 2-way FSI is possible. As you said, if you use 2-way FSI then you don't need to worry about transferring the displacements. If you use 1-way then you can load the ANSYS.rst file into CFD-Post and export a csv file for the displacements, then load this into Pre as a Profile Boundary and use it to set the mesh displacements on the boundary of interest.
