Hi,

Can I check anyone of you have experience modeling of Non Newtonian Fluid at the particle level using ANSYS CFX? What I need to find out is the behavior of the particle when the fluid is subjected to some loading.

Would appreciate your advice.

Thanks.

Warmest regards.

I have no experience it this, but I do not even understand what you are asking. Are you are doing a particle tracking model in a non-newtonian fluid?

Do the CFX tutorials first. When you are ready to start your work get the models working one at a time. Maybe first get the particle tracking working in a incompressible fluid, verify and validate that. Then do a non-Newtonian model with no particle tracking, verify and validate. Only then do a model with both particle tracking and non-Newtonian fluid.
