divergence error
 

hi,
I'm getting divergence problem & i've attached my model picture and error messages.
boundary conditions are
inlet - pressure
outlet - mass flow rate
rotating domain - 30k rpm
time scale - 1e-5
I've also tried with reverse BC's and for this also solution diverging.

please somebody brief my nature of error.
