Hi all, I am simulating the flow in the Rotor 37 and compare the results to the experimental ones. But who can tell me how should I do the average, by mass flow average or area average, in order to be consistent with the experimental results.
Lots of thanks, BalanceChen |

Use the same as the experimental results. What result are you comparing to and how was it calculated.

But i found no comments on how the experimental results averaged...

I take a test by using both area average and mass flow average to get the total pressure ratio, found the difference between is very little, about 0.01. So, there may be not a big problem here on which average method is used.
