Error in CFX (after setup process)

Hi,

I am working on NACA0012 airfoil

And after meshing, I followed the directions of cfx tutorial. before solution step I closed cfx and when I click the solution-> update

I get the error message

error message:

the setup component requires user input before it can be updated

what u suggest to me?

And I need to change my angle of attack with different velocity values, and compare them with each other.

Could you help me please?

I am having a very similar issuse. I am doing a full car CFD. I set up all my boundry and solving conditions in CFX pre but when I go to the solver it doesn't see that I went to the setup at all. It gives me the message:

The Setup component in Fluid Flow (CFX) requires user input before it can be updated.

I don't know why, any ideas, did you fix it?

Did u guys save ur setup and write the output files ( .cfx and .def files ) ?
