Data extraction cfx 5 -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

I have a blade vane in 3D and i am interested in extracting data relative to the mis-span plane. what i can extract are just the cartesian components. Is there a method to obtain directly all the component's projection (e.g. for the velocity) on this plane or do i have to work out separately ? let me know. regards
