Are you asking how to model the boiling process? CFX support has a few examples of how to model this, I would talk to them.

Indeed I want to model is the process of vaporization of soft water passing inside the coil and a phase change due to the direct radiation outside desconosco whether it will in its entirety as saturated steam or a biphasic mixture, that would tell the modeling .
