hi, i am very new , can any one tell me the procedure how to extract the data from CFD POST to plot the graph in excel

It depends on what you want to plot in excel. Data along a line, from a point, on a plane, on a volume? File > export can produce a .csv file that can be read in excel. This is pretty basic, and all you need to know is covered in the tutorials, have you done them?
