FSI - Importing load (Mapping)

I have a problem with mapping the pressure in structural. I've made a very good mesh in CFX and I have used the same methods and sizing in structural part ,too. But when I import the force then the percentage of mapping is not going further than 30 %. Could you please give me some tips about getting better map? and How can I make time go faster for importing the loads? (sometimes it takes 1 day for importing the loads).
And we sometimes see that " 100% of Mechanical nodes were mapped to the CFD surface." but when we check the data, the values are different, therefore what can we do for getting better values?
