Default Export Results of CFX to Tecplot

Dear friends,
Is it possible to export the results of CFX to tecplot for better doing post process ? Is it possible to generate a figure such as attached figure in CFX ?

CFD-Post can do contour plots like that, but it will not put the numbers in the contour lines nicely like those plots.

You can export to tecplot either through CGNS format, or I think tecplot has a direct CFX reader. Not sure, I do not use tecplot.
