CFD_D_BOY is on a distinguished road
Does CFX have the function which woud define the range of some variation(or the Max/Min Valve ) to avoid large oscillation in iteration?

As Fluent has a funtion called "limit" in the menu.

Do you mean putting thresholds on allowable variable values? This is almost always a bad idea, the root cause of the problem is poor convergence and you should fix that rather than putting an artificial limiter on. Limiters make convergence even harder.
