Calculate flow through an element's face

Hello there.

I need to implement a heat source to my model.

This heat source is described by equations developed by other researchers.

One of the parameters of these equations is the mass inflow throught each of one element's faces.

I know I can get the value of the mass inflow throught a specific boundary, but can I do the same for elements' faces???

I do not think you have easy access to these. I cannot see how you would implement this - but you may be able to do it in user fortran, if you are brave.

I'll think about giving it a try...

Sometimes I think CFX lacks a little bit of the independence we have when using open-source codes, like OpenFOAM or Oomph.lib.

But well, it's the price to pay for everything else it offers...
