I'm doing a analysis on exhaust gas from diesel engine.In CFX,in the material selection it is possible to select a single material(N2 or NOx or Co or Co2 or Soot).whether it is possible to give this all as a input(working fluid)?

Yes, you can define a multi-component gas, made of a mixture of these molecules.
