Trouble with CFX Boundary conditions

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie to this and I was wondering when they say "pressure difference of 2000 Pa is imposed at the inlet and the outlet" does that mean 2000Pa at inlet and 0Pa at outlet?

or do we take 2000Pa as delta P? If so how would you enter delta P into CFX?

The analysis is for laminar flow through flexible tube.

We're required to do the following:
run a steady state solution for the fluid flow
deformation and stress on the tube surface using 1-way FSI.

I'm nearly finished with the whole analysis, but uncertain of the boundary conditions at inlet and outlet that I used.

Thanks!:D
