Stn frame and radial velocity component in NREL

Dear all,
I have simulated a NREL wind turbine and run it with CFX.
The rotational axis and the wind direction along y but the vector of rotation is "-Y". Also, the blade is along Z axis. the domain is rotating by -72 rpm.

I want to know how i can get the value radial component of the velocity on the blade surface.
"Velocity W" or "Velocity in Stn Frame W" ???/
and generally what is meaning of Stn Frame ????

tnx

Stn stands for stationary, this would be the absolute velocity. The other is relative to your rotating coordinate system, ie to that minus r \cdot \omega
