I have problem....I'm not professional in CFX.
how can i import Velocity pulse?

It does not look like a velocity pulse to me, it looks like a volume fraction pulse.

Note that 10nm nanoparticles are unlikely to have any significant slip relative to the flow, so a simple additional variable approach should suffice. If you don't know what I am talking about then don't worry about it, leave this until you are more familar with CFD :)

This can be easily done with a 1D interpolation function or CEL expressions (either if/then statement or step function).
