Impeller CFD

I am new to CFD, i want to do CFD analysis of a impeller in which solid particles gets inserted and are dissolved as flow progresses. Suggest how do i start. Right now i am refering few ansys CFX tutorials.

Do all the tutorials, they introduce most of the main concepts of CFX. Also have a look at the tutorials on the CFX Community page on the ANSYS Customer portal. If you don't have a log in for it then ask for one.

And thinking ahead to your simulation - what controls the dissolving? Is the dissolving rate constant? Affected by temperature? Is the mass change of the particle significant - how? What type of particle is it, and what fluid is it in?
