There is a guide in the CFX manuals which allows you to approximate the memory usage. Other than that the best thing to do it simply run it and see how much memory it takes.

I do not have access to the manuals at the moment so cannot tell you - but do you seriously need me to tell you where this is? The manuals have good search functions so you should be able to find it easily yourself.
