problem in multilayer porous domain

dear friends
please find the document . I tried with two coaxial layer tube .Inner layer is 2micro meter outer layer is 1mm thick porous medium through which flow through it . I am facing problem in meshing and setup in cfx pre . finally solver come out with error Please help me . I need to complete my project. Thank you Shashwat |

It is always going to be difficult to mesh and run something with such great variation in length scales (2um versus 1mm, a factor of 500).
But the error message is clear - you have a domain with no internal nodes. So one region is only one element thick. You need to make this at least two elements thick to generate internal nodes. |
