index table not created in CFX
 

At the end of the simulation, I received the following error. I ran this same model many times and have not seen the error like the one below. Please help.

I got the same error, after trying to restart a run from a backup file...
Still no solutions?

The message is cryptic and guessing what it means without context is difficult. So it is hard to help with the little information presented.

I am guessing here - but it could be to do with the material properties table generation, and that the setup of the table is not correct. But this is only a guess.
