Hi every one
does any one know the centreline velocity profile of plume coming from stack? does it look like the centreline velocity of plume at groung? I'm sure there is diffrent, but no article give it exactly. I want to validate my results ASAP. The cfx made the user confuse if the dlta T is big. I made new set up for that ansd I want to see if my results near from any exp. results. The superising results is that my centreline velocity is increase at the end of domain???my stack is 2 m and the height of my domain is 30m. With regard to me, it is not correct?? hi guys, what about you (Glenn & others) |

You should get some quality published articles on this area and try to reproduce their results. You should be able to find something relevant to your case as it is a fairly standard test case. Time to go to the library.

Well, if you do not like that one what about other papers........
And if you don't like the literature on your exact case then get something like it, maybe flow in a duct or a jet plume or something. This is basic research skills and nothing to do with CFX. |
