Mesh Validation Pelton bucket

I am doing fatigue analysis of Pelton turbine. The pressure distribution in the bucket is imported from the CFD analysis, attachment. Before moving into fatigue analysis, I want to validate the computational model.

Since the major concern of my study is pressure distribution, Is it OK if I use different mesh size to determine the optimal mesh at which the pressure distributions are uniform? Or should I be looking for some other parameters too, and what could it be?
