Heat Transfer on a 2D Packed Bed

Hi All,

I have been quite stuck with trying to simulate a 2D non-isothermal packed bed

I have tried to replicate the PDE equations but can't figure out how to get the r2 on the equation in COMSOL. I have tried using the heat transfer in solids but to no avail.
