Dear Nyoko,
Is this error message repeatable? If the crash is repeatable then it could be considered a bug. That being said, I noticed that you are running CONVERGE v2.2 with a release date of July 2014. We are frequently updating our code to resolve bug issues and it is possible that we have already addressed this one. In this situation I would request that you upgrade your system to CONVERGE v2.3 or the latest CONVERGE v2.2. If this error message still occurs after you update to the latest version of the software than you will need to email your case setup to our support team: support@convergecfd.com Thank you, |
