In my case, I want to use the mixure of MD, MD9D and NC7H16 as the fuel. MD is the abbreviation of C11H22O2. In the mech and thermo dat file, the abbreviation is also used. I want to know if the abbreviation is supported in CONVERGE?

CONVERGE will allow you to use your own names/abbreviations, you just need to make sure that they are used consistently e.g. liquid.dat, species.in, therm.dat, mech.dat, etc.

Best regards,

Tristan
