Enthalpy less than fgm min in (number) cells

Hi all,
I have launched a FGM LES simulation with 5 milions elements (including embedding, AMR) but during the run, this problem appear to me:

enthalpy less than fgm min in 3278 cells (for example)

I don't know why, maybe is it related with fgm look-up table?
Anyone can help me?

What case are you trying to simulate? A quick summary would help.

Did you generate the FGM table with the correct conditions?
Like--if you have changed pressure, temperature of fuel/air, then
the table needs to be re-generated.

You could also try lowering fgm_temp_loss for fgm_flamelet_type = 2,3.
