No heat release in a simulation

I'm simulating a SI engine with hydrogen as fuel. However, the result showed hydrogen wasn't ignited. It's just like a compression stroke.
In my case, there isn't spark plug geometry(I don't know if this can be done). I set a point coordinate as a source location, and the others such as source energy(0.02J), max temperature(50000K) is same as example case.
so what caused the problem?

There are many things to look at in this case to understand why ignition is not being predicted:

If SAGE is used for combustion, is it with a mechanism developed for hydrogen fuel combustion?
Is the fuel / air ratio in the correct range, and is it at sufficient temperature and pressure to sustain combustion?

While the energy source, modeling the spark, provides the initial energy input to begin the combustion, other conditions must be the correct range to sustain combustion.
