CONVERGE_Studio 3.0 Program Crash
 

Good morning,


I am currently trying to properly set up Converge_studio 3.0 in my Linux machine but I am having some problems.


The installation process has been followed as indicated in the instructions, and the program launches normally. Problem comes when trying to create a new project or even open a tutorial case.


Crash error is reported here:
After that, the program crashes. Any idea why?

Hi, may I know what is the error message of opening the tutorial case (is it the same or similar to what you uploaded) and what tutorial case was it, please?

It happened at opening any case (independent of tutorial or a new case). The error was related to having my OS in Spanish, and therefore having asigned the "," as the decimal separator. Had to change it so "." becomes the decimal separator and the problem was then solved.
