when I run my case I get the following error.
Does anyone know what it can be?

It is difficult to resolve your issue without additional context. Please elaborate what kind of simulation you are performing and ensure that there are no errors with your surface file (use the diagnose tool and "check" intersections using animate feature in CONVERGE STUDIO. Does the case run in nohydro mode?
