Liquid spray mass low

I have troubles with my engine simulation. Not enough fuel is entering the cylinder. The only thing I have changed compared to my previous simulation is the nozzle diameter. It is now bigger, therefore the injection pressure is smaller.
Spray penetration is the same however, but the liquid spray mass is much lower. Could it be the fuel has too little pressure so it doesn't vaporize and just stays liquid, and then not enter the cylinder? When looking at the film_parcels, I get none during fuel injection in case of my higher fuel pressure simulation, but a lot with the lower pressure simulation. I have noted that the liquid spray mass stops growing when the intake valve opens, while it would still grow well with the higher fuel pressure. I am lost here I know it is a specific question but still. Could not having enough fuel pressure cause poor cylinder filling despite having same nozzle penetration? I have corrected some of my previous message, it should make more sense now.
